Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OutsourceDepot Outsource (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OutsourceDepot Outsource is a remote staffing platform that:

• Connects employers/clients with pre-vetted Nigerian remote professionals
• Manages group-based talent applications and pipeline tracking
• Handles HR, payroll, and workforce management for managed arrangements
• Facilitates event staffing and one-time talent placements

3. For Talents / Applicants

• You must be 18 years or older to apply
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in permanent disqualification
• Application to a role group is not a guarantee of placement
• You may not apply to a role group on behalf of another person
• You grant OutsourceDepot a non-exclusive licence to share your profile with relevant employers

4. For Employers / Clients

• Hiring requests must be for lawful, ethical purposes only
• All agreed fees must be paid on time per your agreed schedule
• You may not contact, solicit, or directly hire any candidate introduced by OutsourceDepot without our knowledge for a period of 12 months after introduction
• We reserve the right to decline hiring requests that violate our ethical standards

5. Fees & Payment

Application as a talent is free. Employer fees are agreed upon per engagement and invoiced separately. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are the property of OutsourceDepot Outsource Ltd. Candidates retain ownership of their submitted CVs and portfolios.

7. Limitation of Liability

OutsourceDepot acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves in a manner contrary to our values.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
